OSTC Planner - Volunteer for Italian translation

I think interesting to add an Italian translation to the OSTC Planner software.
So you will need a couple of volunteers willing to translate the messages.

PS: Count 2 to 4 hours for a first version. Then a few tweaks and tunes.
