Screen issue

Hello,
I have 2N # 3027. Just noticed some screen pixels are going black, pretty much a jagged line running from top to bottom about 3/4 of the way across the screen. Changing display colours is helpful but the same pixels are always dark. I will take a photo and post it up.

Any advice greatfully received
