Most of You who do decodiving do a backup plan to keep in You mind or head during a dive. For now this is produced JDeco, Vplanner, Dplanner or so. In the VR3 for example You can plan Your next dive in the divecomputer. The way they do that in the VR3 is to fool the computer to "dive" to the desired depth for the desired time and then present the decodata.
There should be quite easy to migrate the "simulator mode" to a "planning mode".
Suggested operation:
- Tell the OSTC the depth and time it should calculate from (using the mixes selected or PPO2 selected), eg 40min@50m.
- Let the computer calculate at dive with constant depth and time set above. As fast as possible.
- Present the decodata. The user can now transfer the decodata to his / her backup table (on duck tape or whatever).
Wish1: Planningmode
Re: Wish1: Planningmode
I agree that would be a most diserable quality.

Re: Wish1: Planningmode
Hello,
I'll include this into the Simulator Menu with one of the next versions. It's a bit tricky to simulate all active gases but we'll see if it's possible.
regards,
Matthias

For me one gas is enough, CCR constant PO2
