same problem for me , unable to restore an older version , unable tu uptade , an error occur when verifying .And ASCII characters on OSTC screecn to ....

My config : W7 64 pro
Asus BT 400
OSTC on port COM4

I also try to un-install companion and SPORT , no more result

Now companion as an error ...

new problem , now conpanion was unable to open port com:S

Same problem for me , impossible to install 10.21 or any older version, readblok timeout message ...

Hi , dive log is downloadable with 10.17 soft but unable with 10.18 same error that occur with 10.16 version .

So , i came for same problem , waiting matthias solution
