For information, I updated yesterday my 2 OSTC to 3.38 & 10.99 with an iPhone 15 and OSTC Conf (V1.4 build 1.61, last update) and it worked fine.

Maybe check if your Apple and OSTC Conf are updated ?

I made a new calibration on both OSTC (a "2" & a Sport), exactly same location, same way to proceed, just one after the other, w/o any metal big weight around ; considering this is the best way to proceed and to compare afterward ...

Reading your answer, I understand my confusion : both devices support both SW "Sport" & "Tech", depending only if I wish having the "Tech" option (He & CCR).

As I do not use neither He or CCR, I don't need to change something.

Same behavior w/ my OSTC 2 #11150 (built in 2015 or late in 2014 ?), since updated to 3.27 (was OK w/ 3.26) + calibration following your requirement
HW : 9181-3206
Sensor : 089C-6FC0
