Yes Upgrade to v2.21 fixed the issue.

No errors in deco stops, time shown at each stop was respected and progressed regurarly to the next stop.

Hi, I am using Ostc Mk2 with 2.2 version.
OC with GF mode.

When arriving to the 6m deco stop it stays at 1 minute even if I stay there for 4 minutes...
It changes to 5m deco stop only when I switch from nitrox 40 to Oxygen.
is there something wrong, am I missing something, is it supposed to be ...

What is the max depth for the OSTC Mk2 ?

Hi there, This morning I was diving to 52m and everything was ok.
At the end of the dive when surfacing when less than 1m, I have noticed a countdown counter of 4 min. I went back down but it was no deco, the counter disappeared and reappeared again in surface. Does anyone can explain what it is ...

I have tried with another laptop and with toggling with the magnet and shut down restart several times we sorted out to communicate & install.

Now the Mk2 is operating correctly.

Matthias, I have downgraded another mk2 to 1.8 just to check if I was doing right.
It works perfectly and the operation went smooth and easy.

Still the other mk2 does not give any sign, my pc does not recognise it and I cannot write ti flash.

I have just done the downgrade on the second MK2 ...

Hi Matthias, I have done it perfectly. In my dive crew we have 12 ostc MK.2 and one Ostc 2N. All of them are upgraded by me. The file I have used for downgrade is mk2_v180_stable.hex
The fact is that The Mk.2 does not give any vital sign.
If you try to switch it on it remain Black and the display ...

I tryed the magnet on the back of mk2 I get the orange flash if I keep the magnet and it stop after few seconds I take it off... still it does not switches on

I was charging my Mk.2 everything was normal at the end when finished charging it it does not switch on any more, no orange flach when connected to the usb anymore, it does not give any sign. What can I do ? please help

As I always say IT issues stand between the chair and the desk !

The boot loader let you choose only 4 ports.
The first time I have installed the drivers windows choosed com12 ... I have renamed the port name, now I can download my dives with diving log by selecting port com1.
If I use com1 in the bootloader it does not work.
I am pretty sure that I have done ...

Yes I will try with another Pc...
I do have windows xp on my laptop...
I am sure something is not working properly ... for example jdive log does not give me any com to set up for the ostc communications...

I have just managed to enter again in the menu I have reset cf, gas & deco
The MK2 now turned all white color font and shows no error anymore.
I have done all resets and rebooted... it seems ok.

Still now I am on 1.7 I tryed again with the procedure to upgrade but i keep pn receiving bootloader ...

I have downloaded the right files, I have disabled firewalls, I have restarted the ostc with the magnet and pressed the write button, still i get from the loader :

My Mk2 is not working anymore see pictures to understand.

I was trying to install 1.8 but could not get the loader to write to the mk2.

then I tried to change settings on the mk2 via Diving Log 5.0 ...

I have tryed to restart and tryed also the magnet reset still going back to the same error.
I do know i am still 1.7 can't get the bootloader to write to the ostc

NO it is not ... It is falshing form dive mode to surface mode and I have on the bottom right of the screen seven letters falshing with no meaning and when in surface mode under the tissue graph there is [size=large]0|0[/size] bigger font
