Hi Guys,
I know I come to this thread after the release, but it's never too late ...
It is likely that the two items:
TCODE .0, .65, "For passive semi-"
TCODE .0, .95, "closed rebreather."
are not independent, but always used together in just one sentence, right ?
So it would be preferable to ...

Re: New 2.93beta available - issue with dive log
Hi H&W ;)
Just a remark about the 2.93 beta.
When displaying the dive log graphic (of previous dives done with 2.90)
The deco gases are not shown, they are displayed as "bailout". Also the dive graph is shifted to the left, maybe due to the "bailout" text ?
For info see the (bad) picture attached ...

Re: problem 2.70
May I add that on a previous 75m dive earlier in May of this year, my buddy had his OSTC MkII (running 2.50) suddenly display something like "Stop time 66'" (real expected stop time was maybe 1' or 2'), my OSTC 2N (also in 2.50 at the time) was normal and we continued the ascent by following my OSTC ...

Re: problem 2.70
Well this looks like the problem I had with beta before ... Reaching a deco stop, and then the stop time shoots up from 1' to much more, and then the OSTC tells you that there is a deeper deco stop, so it goes "in the red" !
In my case it was only a 57m dive, I decided to continue the ascent ...

I installed it and like tiefunten reported, the battery info is meaningless. I will wait and do cycles to see what happens, but currently my OSTC says "0 cycles" and fantastic temperatures even though I estimate maybe 10 lifetime cycles.

On the same note:
When you call up the "Cave Bail." display, and then call up another display, the leftmost pixel of the text "Cave Bail." is not erased.

Re: New 2.61beta available for download
I was able to download the memory thru Jdivelog and the dive in question is Dive #36. I think all dives since #27 are with 2.61, but I'm not sure. Earlier dives clearly exhibit more spikes during the bottom phase.

Yes Ciro it looks like your problem although I did no mistake in the gas switches. I did dozens of dives with prior versions and never had this problem.

Re: New 2.61beta available for download
Hi Matthias
CF55 value was zero (I always used zero). Gases 20/30, 50, 100.
Another thing is when I switch gases it visibly recomputes the TTS (for 1-2 seconds), I don't remember this with 2.50 but my memory may be wrong here.

Re: New 2.61beta available for download
Already did 10 trimix dives in the 70m range with this beta with no problems. No spikes. Today I did a 57m dive for 22min BT. At the 21m stop the ostc said 1' stop. But after switch to ean50 it said 21m 10' !! I had planned to stay at 21m for 5' anyway so I waited to see what the ostc would do. And ...

Re: PDIS (Profile-Dependent Intermediate Stop)
It's proprietary to Uwatec. There's not much to "think" about, as there is no published scientific paper I know of which could explain the theory and how it has been tested. It's like their 'MB level' of some years ago: you had the choice of several "levels", but no data was given as to how this ...

Re: New 2.61beta available for download
Hello all
With 2.61, when powering up I have this brief flickering of white pixels like snow. Then everything is normal thereafter. The new features are great.
I had not noticed this before with 2.50.
Just my €0.02 feedback, congrats to the HW team.

Re: Velocity Graph
I've always been happy so far with the default values for these CFs. The ascent speed bargraph works fine - I usually ascend using a DSMB and a reel. But to be honest I haven't used 2.50 yet, only 2.21.

Activating gases in dive mode ?
HI all
Just updated to 2.50 but haven't dived with it yet. However, as always I did a lot of sims.
I noticed that there is a third page in the Gaslist menu (after the Gas 6 programming page) where you can apparently activate or deactivate gases !

The procedure worked. It came back to life and runs v2.21 now !
The only issue was locating a strong enough magnet. The refrigerator-type didn't do it. A magnetized screwdiver did !
Thanks for the support !
