Hi Matthias

Since I have installed this new version on my OSTC2 I cannot download my new dives to Maldive.
I checked With Subsurface, it woks Ok.
I wanted to reinstall this version again and now I cannot connect wit OSTC Companion
I have a message:Port tty.OSTC10547-SPP: Not an OSTC2.
Thanks for your help

Hi,

2.08 (And later) require the OSTC Companion v3, which is available as a beta yet:
https://ostc-planner.net/updates/compan ... _beta6.exe (WIN)
https://ostc-planner.net/updates/compan ... _beta6.pkg (MAC)

No need to re-install the current firmware. It's protected with several mechanisms during the installation. If it installs ("Update Successful") it is installed correctly. A re-installation will change nothing here. If subsurface works, I'm pretty sure MacDive should be fine, as well. Make sure to have the latest update for MacDive installed, as well. Some changes in the firmware require the PC/MAC software up-to-date as well.

It's the only way to integrate new features in the logbook-format, for example.

regards,
Matthias

When I updated to 2.08 I had no problems
I have the latest MacDive 2.6.5
Now with Companion V3 Beta6 it recognizes my OSTC 2
But no change when trying to download new dives after a few seconds I have the message: no new dives found
Thanks for your help
