OSTC3 problem with data and Bluetooth

Hello. I have OSTC3 SN3090 with software 3.13 Rel.
Unfortunately there is a problem with the date.. I can't change the year above 2024.
I downloaded the latest firmware. but I can't turn on Bluetooth.
Is it possible that my computer does not have this module.?

Hi Marc,

In 2015 I had an OSTC 3 S/N 3999, it has a USB connection but no Bluetooth. Yours being S/N 3090, I guess it is the same model. So try to update the firmware through UCB.

But here again the problem..
I only found an optical input.
Is that what you wrote about.??
I've never used it. I bought it used - and I don't even have such a cable..

How sure are you that this particular USB cable can send data? I’ve seen some that’ll charge things but don’t send data.

Marcomet : are you sure your computer is connected to COM5 and not to another COM port ? Have a look to the Windows peripheral panel.

jb2cool : yes, this USB port is the only way to update the firmware and download dive profiles since there is no Bluetooth on this unit.
